We build digital products entirely in-house: design, development, infrastructure, copy and ongoing maintenance. The client gets one accountable contractor rather than a chain of subcontractors.
Four rules we follow on every project — they also define what we decline to do.
We start with how the work is actually done today. Automating a messy process only makes the mess faster.
We pick the solution that will still work in three years without us. Fewer moving parts, fewer things to break.
The estimate is broken down by stage. Every stage ends with something working that can be seen and checked.
Code, data, domains and credentials belong to the client. We do not lock anyone into a platform of our own.
Aggregators do bring guests, but they keep around 15 % of every booking. A direct site does not replace them — it wins back the share of guests who were coming to you anyway.
A delivered example: a boutique hotel in Italy — the task, the solution and the outcome.
Property sold at judicial auction often goes below market price, but the government portals are not built for searching. Listings appear and disappear, and the descriptions and expert reports are frequently scanned images with no text layer — ordinary search simply does not see them.

We listen to the process as it stands today and find where the most time is lost.
Structure, content, technical choices and a stage-by-stage estimate. Agreed before a line of code is written.
A working version at every stage, not a black box until the end. Changes are visible straight away.
Migration without downtime: redirects from the old addresses, checks on speed, indexing and mail.
Monitoring, backups, content changes and a plain report of what has been done.
A project does not end at launch. Maintenance is a separate service with a defined scope — no "we'll take a look when it breaks".
From the DNS record to the last sentence of the copy. There is nobody to pass the blame to — accountability sits in one place.
The same platforms and robots we offer run inside our own companies every day. We know how they behave in live operation, not in a demo.
We have moved live sites off outdated platforms: redirects from every old address, with domain and mail still working throughout.
We do not depend on website builders or third-party platforms. If a vendor raises prices or shuts down tomorrow, the product stays where it is.
Regulations, statutory deadlines, reporting to government portals, documents on approved templates. We know what an error in such a document costs.
Bulgarian, English and Italian. Privacy policies, terms of service and compliance with data protection requirements.
Describe it briefly — we will tell you whether it is worth automating and roughly what it would cost.
